Details for "Anger Management"
Anger is a very powerful emotion that everyone feels from time to time. Angry feelings are very complex and can vary from minor to intense; from sporadic to chronic; regardless of your age or socio economical status. How would you like to keep your calm even when you are angry? Much of what we do when angry, is learned and can be unlearned, to be replaced by new positive behavior. Participants will have the opportunity to recognize their anger, identify the cause and how they show it, the impact on themselves and others; and what to do to make it as positive as possible.
Larry Balsam is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of counseling experience with children, families, individuals, and couples. He is a Certified Anger Resolution Therapist, a Certified trainer on Partner Relations Enhancement, and he has vast experience and training in Play Therapy. Mr. Balsam focuses on the psychological and spiritual life in helping clients strengthen boundaries, intimacy, and a sense of wholeness.
