Details for "Dealing with Depression, Losses, and Grief"
Dealing with depression, losses and grief can be especially trying during holiday season. Focus will be on education about depression symptoms, grief cycle and how to differentiate between grief and depression. Tips on helping a friend or family member who is experiencing depression, loss or grief will be provided, as well as suggestions for combating depression during holiday season.
Nereida Martinez is a graduate of the University of Houston and a Licensed Master Social Worker, with over 8 years experience in the mental health field. She is bilingual and has extensive experience working with victims of abuse, domestic violence, and neglect.
