History of ProgramDiocesan AIDS Ministry was founded in 1988 by Bishop Joseph A. Fiorenza to provide a compassionate response and service to persons with HIV/AIDS, their families and loved ones. The AIDS Ministry became a program of of Catholic Charities in 1996. This program strives to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental response and help clients to be as self-sufficient as possible.

- At least 18 years old
- Proof of income
- Photo ID

No fees for any of the AIDS Ministry services.
