Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Application Assistance Services (DACA)

We urge you to act now and apply to renew your DACA status.

The U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments on this case in November of 2019, and it will decide the future of the DACA program this summer and possibly by this Spring.

It is difficult to predict what will happen with the DACA program. The U.S. Supreme Court has been asked to make a final decision about the legality of the DACA program’s termination. On June 28, 2019, the Supreme Court agreed to review three of the legal challenges – RegentsBatalla, and NAACP. Oral arguments were scheduled for November 12, 2019, and a decision is expected no later than June 2020.

Don’t wait. Renew now!

  • If you are a DACA recipient and your DACA status is going to expire within 150 days, we recommend that you apply to renew ASAP;
  • If your DACA is going to expire in 151 to 365 days, we also recommend that you apply to renew ASAP;
  • If you had DACA previously but it expired or was terminated, consider applying for DACA.

Note: If you never had DACA in the past, you are NOT eligible to apply at this time.
