Seniors – Empowering seniors to live life to the fullest
We support seniors in their efforts to stay healthy and active, volunteer, build friendships and live independently for as long as possible. We provide companionship and transportation to doctor’s appointments, grocery shopping and other vital trips, health and welfare monitoring, referrals for mental health, education, social and spiritual needs, emergency assistance, and loving, listening hearts for hundreds of otherwise-isolated seniors in and around Houston.
