Catholic Charities St. Frances Cabrini Center will host workshops to provide limited immigration legal assistance to those affected by Hurricane Harvey.
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston will be offering workshops to provide limited immigration assistance to individuals and families affected by Hurricane Harvey.
The Catholic Charities St. Frances Cabrini Center for Immigration Legal Assistance will host several workshops to help replace lost documentation related to immigration legal status, and also to offer resources and assistance for applying for disaster assistance.
Attorneys and staff will be assisting registered participants in requesting replacement EADs, LPR cards, naturalization certificates, as well as assisting individuals to update their address and obtain the latest information about their pending immigration case. Information about FEMA assistance and disaster relief assistance will also be provided.
The workshops will be on the following dates:
- Sept. 5 – Immigration Charla for Disaster Relief
- Sept. 7 – Disaster Relief – Immigration Documentation Replacement
- Sept. 14 – Disaster Relief – Immigration Documentation Replacement
